一、学院介绍

南京大学国际关系学院组建于2024年，以服务国家重大战略需求，培养新时期对外交往的高层次人才为主要任务，积极开展国际关系、世界政治、国家安全等方向人才培养和科学研究工作。南京大学国际政治研究的渊源深厚，学院依托于具有百年历史的南京大学政治学一级学科，入选江苏省一级重点学科、江苏"十三五"重点学科、江苏省高校优势学科，以及教育部"双一流"建设学科群，为中国国际关系学会副会长单位。学院拥有一支高水平的教师队伍，设有国际政治系、外交与国际事务系2个系，拥有中国南海研究协同创新中心、华智全球治理研究院2个科研平台，并主办《亚太安全与海洋研究》期刊。学院主持和参与多项国际合作项目和国内重点研究计划，与国际多个高水平大学建立了合作伙伴关系，具有较大的国内外影响力。

二、招聘岗位设置

南京大学国际关系学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事国际关系领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘准聘助理教授2名；特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。招聘研究方向包括：

1 国际政治

2 国际关系

3 国家安全学

4 区域国别学

三、申请条件

1 遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业；

2 具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；

3 一流的学术背景：具有相关学科领域的博士学位，具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验，熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中助理教授要求（博士毕业、并取得突出科研成果、或者博士毕业后至少有两年的研究经历）；

4 出色的教学能力：应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力；

5 突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：应有相关研究方向的成果显示度，对相关研究领域有原创性观点，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力。

1 About the SIS

The School of International Studies at Nanjing University was established in 2024 The SIS is dedicated to excellent research in the fields of world politics, international relations and national security and cultivating high-level talents engaging in the practices of international relations The Faculty of SIS is prised of PhDs from well-known universities around the world with diversified expertise ranging from international politics, global governance, IPE to cutting-edge IR issues

The SIS has two departments: the Department of international politics and the Department of foreign affairs; two research platforms: the China Center for Collaborative Studies of the South China Sea and Huazhi Institute for Global Governance; and hosts the Journal of Asia-Pacific Security and Marine Affairs The SIS has presided over and participated in a number of international cooperation projects and state-level research plans, and established partnerships and collaborations with highly prestigious universities around the world

The School of International Studies at Nanjing University invites applications of global young talents for tenure-track positions of assistant professor In principle the total number of posts to be filled this time shall not exceed 2 The positions for exceptionally outstanding high-level talents will be discussed case-by-case

Recruitment positions are opened for application in the following three fields:

(1) International politics

(2) International relations

(3) National Security Study

3 Qualifications:

(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

(2) Abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

(3) Have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); In principle, assistant professors are required to have graduated with a PhD degree and engaged in teaching and research for more than 2 years

(4) Have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

(5) Demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development
